Our CEO poses with our Future Scholars, 9th grade students at The New Visions Charter High School For The Humanities!

We all know how scary and exciting it was for us to start the 9th grade and having to hear the words ‘Oh you are a Freshman!”. Our CEO, Cindy Baah spoke to the incoming 9th graders at The New Visions school of Humanities. She told her own story and encouraged them to be excited about the next 4 years and beyond. “For me, I think high school was the most exciting time in my life because I didnt have any bills to pay!!”, Cindy says.  The students all laughed! She also spoke of paying more attention to their studies, their teachers and to encourage each other to be the best they can be! Ms. Baah serves as an Advisory Board Member to The New Visions Charter Schools which consists of 4 schools,

New Visions for Public Schools currently operates a network of four charter schools in the Bronx. Their flagship schools, New Visions Charter School for the Humanites and New Visions Charter School for Advanced Math & Science are co-located at the John F. Kennedy campus in the Marble Hill section of the Bronx. New Visions Charter High School for the Humanities II is co-located at Samuel Gompers High School campus and New Visions Charter High School for Advanced Math & Science II is co-located at the Jane Addams campus, both located in the South Bronx.
