Determined To Educate, Inc. 14th Annual Awards Fundraising Gala – Thursday, November 10, 2022
Like 2020, 2021 was also a trying year. So many ups and downs last year but Determined To Educate, Inc. has been dedicating time to continue educating and mentoring our young people. We will continue to do the same in 2022. This year’s event will be benefiting getting more students involved in College Prep and Career Prep. We are striving to help students prepare for their future. We have developed a strong relationship with Penn State University to bring programs focusing on mental health and career. We are grateful to be in our 14th year and to have worked with over 9000 students so far exposing them to our amazing programs.
In 2020, we partnered up with Nickelodeon under their Noggin umbrella for their at home learning program for children. We also partnered up with so many prominent figures and professionals to get encouraging messages for students’ Virtual Graduations due to the pandemic. Determined To Educate, Inc. serves about 1000 students a year. We look forward to enhancing the lives of many more students in 2021 in hopes to bring more programs to the students virtually!

DONATE TO THE “BREAKING IN” PROGRAM
The “Breaking In” program opens up the music industry to talented kids and teens in New York City. Led by the Grammy-nominated hip hop and R&B record producer Richard “Younglord” Frierson, the eight-week Breaking In program is a unique opportunity for talented young musicians to learn the entrepreneurial and business skills necessary for a successful musical career.
