Originally from the Bronx, NY Ursula L Harvey was raised since the age of 11, in a small Westchester town called Mount Vernon, NY. Ursula graduated from Mount Vernon High School at the tender age of 15 1/2 year’s old age.

Ursula attended Delaware State College in 1982 (now Delaware State University) in Dover, Delaware where she acquired an A.S. degree in Business Administration and Accounting in 1984. Ursula was one of two 16-year-old freshmen on campus.

Ursula has worked for Several Financial Services firms for the past 12 years. Ursula now works for a pharmaceuticals company. Working with these firms has allowed Ursula to participate in the Big Brother/Big Sister Mentoring Program as well as Junior Achievement.

She resides in Delaware but splits her time between New York and Delaware. Ursula is enrolled at Wilmington University and plans to receive her B.S. in Psychology in 2013. Ursula plans on starting her own practice as a family therapist.

Ms. Harvey likes to read in her spare time and has formed a Book Club on Facebook. She is a mother of 3.
