We are kicking off our 2014 ‘Student Exposure Tour’!  We began our tour with the Brooklyn Job Corps Academy and South Bronx Job Corps Academy touring the new Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Students got a chance to visit the site and see the arena and it’s many transformations. With each event whether it be a basketball game, a concert or newly added Hockey Arena and its icy cool floor the transformation and vision of how it is done was extraordinary! DTE sends a huge Thank you to our ANGEL Ms. Mia Hall for her time and the amazing tour guides and staff at Barclays Center!!

We then hit the Broadcasting Studios of WABC-TV Eyewitness News Channel 7 with the Young Men of Eagle Academy Bronx along with their Principal Jonathan Foy! Students got to tour the ‘Live with Kelly and Michael Show’ along with seeing how it all comes together in the control rooms! Then Students got to see a live Broadcast at noon! DTE sends a huge thank you to Mr. Ken Rosato and our 2013 ‘Communicator of The Year’ Award Honoree, the beautiful Ms. Lori Stokes!!
